Hybrid Ponds™ combine the best of Koi Ponds with the best of Water Garden Ponds.
Hybrid Ponds™ have no gravel on the bottom like Koi Ponds, but smooth boulders retaining the side walls like Water Garden Ponds.
The Hybrid Pond™ has a smooth "bare-liner" bottom sloped towards a Bottom Drain that is plumbed to the HydroClean™ Pond Skimmer. HydroAir™ Aeration Systems increase dissolved oxygen levels as well as increase water circulation towards the bottom drain and HydroClean™ Pond Skimmer.
Hybrid Ponds™ are typically 3'-6' deep with one aquatic plant shelf around the perimeter of the pond.
Hybrid Ponds™ are safer environments in which to raise Koi than Water Garden Ponds, but not as safe as Koi Ponds.
The Hybrid Pond™ is a cross between a Water Garden Pond and a Koi Pond - a Hybrid.
